Is my child's data safe?
Yes. NUCLEUS is built on four non-negotiable commitments: your family's data is never sold, never used to train external AI models, never shared with third parties, and your family can export or delete it anytime. You own your data completely.
What does $3,000 actually buy me?
It buys 0.03% equity in Nucleus Education, Inc., a Delaware C-Corp. You become a real shareholder — not a donor, not a subscriber. You also get permanent founding family status, a waived inscription fee for all your children (normally $1,200), beta access before public launch, and a seat on the Founding Family Council that advises the company's direction.
Do I need to be an accredited investor?
No. The Pioneer Round is structured as a Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) offering through Republic, which means anyone — accredited or not — can invest. This is intentional. We believe the families who will use NUCLEUS should be the ones who own it.
What if NUCLEUS doesn't work out?
Like any startup investment, there is real risk — including the possibility of losing your entire investment. We are transparent about this. What we can tell you is that the $900K from the Pioneer Round funds the MVP build and first cohorts, the founding team is committed full-time, and you will have direct visibility into progress as a founding family member.
When will my child actually start using NUCLEUS?
Founding families get beta access before the public launch. The full platform — all ages 4 to 18, all five growth stages — launches in Summer 2027. Pioneer families will be the first to experience it.
Does my child need an iPad?
For launch, yes. NUCLEUS is built exclusively for the Apple ecosystem — iPad for the child's primary experience, iPhone for on-the-go, and Mac for the parent dashboard. We chose Apple because of its best-in-class parental controls and safety infrastructure.
Can I get a refund on my investment?
Equity investments in startups are generally illiquid — you cannot simply withdraw your money like a subscription. However, as a shareholder, your equity has value that grows with the company. The formal terms will be detailed in the offering document filed with the SEC through Republic.
